Newland Mills Ltd. intends to expand his business by promoting a Large Scale Rice Processing facility with its own rice cultivation land. The Project concept considers a rice processing unit of 10 MT per hour or 72,000 MT per year on paddy with an Out-growers´ scheme covering a target area of 10,000 hectares under irrigation and modern mechanized commercial agriculture. The main objective and purpose of the Assignment was to produce a Bankable Feasibility Study Report concerning the planned investment project. Specifically, the Bankable Feasibility Study covered Business Plan Development; Technical Appraisal; Market Surveys; Strategic Marketing Plan, Economic and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) & Costing for Irrigation Infrastructure for the Project.
